Normally, George Washington Carver: An Uncommon Way DVDs are licensed only for private home viewing. However, with the purchase of this public display license, George Washington Carver: An Uncommon Way can be shown to audiences of over 150 people.
Terms of the License Agreement:
- Franklin Springs Family Media, LLC (FSFM) controls certain rights in films contained in the FSFM DVD catalog. Licensee desires to screen films in a public setting. FSFM grants non-exclusive rights to Licensee based on the following terms.
- The term of the license shall be for one year from the date the license is purchased (as shown on purchase receipt). Licensee may display film as frequently as it desires during the term of the lease. Licensee may use clips of the program to promote attendance.
- Purchase price of the DVD is separate from and not covered in the license fee.
- DVD may not be duplicated or edited under this agreement.
- License fee structure: FSFM has a tiered fee structure to accommodate groups of differing sizes:
A. $99.00 to display for groups of 150 people or less.
B. $149.00 to display for groups of 151 people or larger.
This agreement is for pricing tier "B" and entitles you to show publicly to groups of more than 150. - All rights not specifically granted under this license are reserved by FSFM. Your receipt from Franklin Springs Family Media will serve as proof of purchase of a Public Performance License. The duration of license is based on purchase date on the receipt.
