Entertainment industry visitors often comment that historic Franklin, Tennessee reminds them of a Hollywood backlot.
That was certainly the case recently, when the streets of Franklin were transformed on a London-esque day for the annual Dickens Christmas festival.

‘Twas a day of wonder for certain Franklin Springs children…

And for their friends, who became participants in the festivities…

Along with carolers, violinists, and artisans, English Country Dancing filled the streets…

And not even Jacob Marley himself could chase away the good cheer experienced by all.
Among the premieres we’ve done for Still Standing: The Stonewall Jackson Story, the screening at Jackson’s Mill (Jackson’s boyhood home) was especially memorable. Our gracious hosts welcomed us in several ways…

Including a very special tour of the grounds where Jackson walked during the pivotal years of his childhood…

The day was a picture of Christian unity, as the three remaining living great grandchildren of Union General Joseph Lightburn joined with the filmmakers, author, and Jackson’s Mill personnel to celebrate the lasting legacy of Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson.
