The initial screenings of An American Adventure: The Living Legacy of Jimmy Gentry were a smashing success. Searchlights, red carpets, vintage cars lining the street, the local high school providing period music, and packed houses marked two nights of honoring Mr. Gentry. The film was warmly received, as audiences responded enthusiastically to the story of Mr. Gentry’s unique commitment to godly character — and his relationship with the town of Franklin, TN.
