We’re looking forward to a follow-up DVD to our popular Inherit the Land film.  What would you like to see in that film?  Let us know by writing to us on our contact page.

A Family of Families

Friday, September 5, 2008

Our forthcoming Family Worship DVD will explore the benefits enjoyed by families who gather for devotions throughout the week.

A small country church consisting of many such families celebrated their first Sunday in their new building last week in Centerville, TN.  And until they meet again, they’ll be celebrating the truths of scripture in their homes, strengthening the church and her families in the process.

Production on the Family Worship DVD is underway currently; we anticipate the film being released near the end of 2008.

More Camera Fun…

Tuesday, July 8, 2008

We shot another piece for the Gideons last week, this time for their Auxiliary…

We pitched them on having principal talent “floating” in front of a row of other talent in the background.  They said yes; then we had to figure out how to execute the shot.  So we laid two sets of dolly track, putting the camera on one dolly, and the featured talent on the other….

We then lined up the other talent in the background…

And to assure a smooth and consistent move, we tethered the two dollies together…

It was a complicated move, but it gave the dolly grips the best chance of helping us to deliver the shot we needed…

Stay tuned for more cinema tips and techniques in our forthcoming Young Filmmakers DVD.
