It’s always a great privilege to have children in the paths of mentors who speak wisdom into their lives. Last night these young people enjoyed an enriching visit with Bob Farewell. Mr. Farewell and his wife Tina founded Lifetime Books years ago; today (among other things) Bob is consulting with The Homeschool Channel for the American Family Association. The primary topic of discussion last night: Bob’s presence with Chris Klicka (an untiring pioneer of legal advocacy for Christian families) as his earthly battle with M.S. drew to a close. Bob sharing in detail about his friendship with Chris and the manner in which friends and family rallied together around Chris painted a beautiful picture of a life well lived, and of the heroism of both Chris and those close to him.
